In June 1994*, I had a large scale untitled, mixed media piece on view at the Arlington Street Space in Boston as part of Breaking the Silence.  Breaking the Silence featured paintings, photographs, installations and performances by young queer artists (many of whom I worked with on the passage of the Gay and Lesbian Student Rights Law).

Assorted Cracker Jack Prizes, Boston (exhibition)

 

On May 23rd, 1994, my installations and performances were featured in Assorted Cracker Jack Prizes, a group exhibition that explored space, scale, and interactivity with pieces that ranged from smaller art in boxes to larger room sized installations.

1994 Leslie College, Cambridge (speaking)

On May 19th, 1994, I spoke at Leslie College in Cambridge about bullying in schools and my work advocating for the Gay and Lesbian Student Rights Law, which banned discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation in Massachusetts public schools.
