April 23rd through July 2, 2017, I was a part of the COLA20 exhibition at Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery.

In the exhibition and subsequent catalog, were photographs from (In)/Animate Objects taken by Alex Griffin.
(In)/Animate Objects, was an installation and performance at LAMAG in which a mountain of decaying rag dolls towers to the ceiling, upon which their maker, the grandmother, presides from the throne of her wingback chair.

In the reading room, I also contributed the script from the 2014 workshop of Object of Her Affection and programs from Bride of Wildenstein – The Musical and Object of Her Affection.
Object of Her Affection was a solo object and puppet-based performance art piece centered on a woman, who in her search for true love develops intimate relationships with inanimate objects.

Bride of Wildenstein – The Musical, was a solo cabaret performance with puppets and masks in which an aging socialite grows fur and claws to recapture her philandering game hunter husband’s attention.
