In Gender is a Construct, Do-Si-Do, which was awarded Funny or Die’s “immortal” status,  the caller of a puppet square dance struggles with the modern politics of gender and sexual identity

As associate producer, I  advised the production on shooting for puppetry. I also helped assemble a team of puppeteers that included Adrian Rose Leonard, Moira Lael MacDonald, Nicolette Santino, and Alex Griffin.

Gender is a Construct, Do-Si-Do  was written by Charlie Stockman and Chuck Armstrong, directed by Alexander Jacobs, with puppet coordination by Jess Mc Kay.  The production team included Bryan Koss, Gina DeVivo, Orlando Herrera, Nicole Crivlare, Phil Jackson, Grayson Venters, Hannah Driscoll, and Jake Breslauer with sound mixer, Alex Lee, colorist, Philips Shum, and musical consultant, Alex Williamson.
